A Betrayal Always From Someone You Trust the Most

What would make a woman says that..?? Huhu..i guess everyone have felt that way at least once..we hurt when we were betrayed..and no one can betray us unless that someone is the person we trust..or else it would not be called a betrayal..

From this tragic quote that i have gotten somewhere i realized one thing..not all people could feel that feeling of being betrayed. You know, if you have gone through numerous relationships with someone throughout your life you will meet that person who just not that into anything except themselves..have you? Huhu. Yes. I did, and believe me, these kind of person are so hard to deal with..they will hurt you so bad but they never feel guilty..and the most important thing, they can never feel that hurt you felt even though you have tried to do what they did to hurt them back, a betrayal could not make them feel betrayed. I just don`t get them..and i think they just don`t feel..unless it`s physical.

One thing for sure, if you ever meet these kind of "no-feeling" people, just avoid them if you know they were that species..before you get hurt..but if you don`t know them, don`t be so easy to open up to everyone that is new to you..trust should take time..

The blast in 2014 so far..!!

It was last saturday that we (me and my family together with one of my besties) went to Pantai Teluk Batik near Lumut, Perak since the last time we went there few years back. i really had a blast that day, i mean literally..i do! huhu..

that was because of the first ride of mine on the banana boat..and the other water sleds.. i tried the one that you have to lie down on your chest (with two other young girls) and the one that you have to sit in it and put your legs forward inside the sit (with two other young boys)..

i was soooo-superrrr-excited (as i always will be when trying something new) to see that there are banana boats there..and even more excited to know that i can have a ride on one of them..its not like i never seen a banana  boat before, but that day even though it was only just me who eagerly wanted to ride those water sleds (alone, my sis and bestie dont want to join me..huhu) i finally can have those rides.. but i was glad that there are other girls there (they are on a sem-break from their studies in UPSI) and the other boys who seem so excited as well to try my third water sleds(know no-thing about them except they are cute boys..haha..who cares?)..

at first, i just saw a few girls are heading towards the banana boat and been told to wait by the beach for their turn..3 of them..so i came and asked the banana boat guy about the price and told him that i want to ride it too..and surprisingly it was quite cheap..only rm5 to be paid per ride..same goes to the speed boats..only rm5 per ride..

so..the banana boat ride was fun..and when we are done, 2 of the girls asked me if i want to join them for the lie-down water sled..another young girl from before does not want to join..so i fill up her place..this ride was rm10..it was fun-er than the banana boat..we scream as loud as we can and louder than how we were on the banana boat..(banana boat was so safe..no need for a scream at all, you know..(^^)

done that (so glad that it was funner!!), we got off and i go back to my family..after a few minutes (had another swim and all..) me, my sister and my bestie went for a speed boat ride..it was just fine..(nothing compared to the rides i had in Tioman last year with my lover though..haha..the sea was rough you know..cause of the monsoon season), so at first i dont really feel to have the speed boat ride again in Teluk Batik because i know it will be just fine- no excitement..but went on it with your sis and bestie make it more fun than it is..yes i did have fun..

then we all got off the boat and i saw 2 boys are hugging a water sled,different type than i have rode before.. its like they are waiting to get on it..and i confidently approach and ask if i can join them..they said of course-they glad because to have more people would get it cheaper than before, instead of paying rm15 per person, 3 of us only got to pay rm10 each..

this was the coolest ride..!even it was quite risky to get tossed into the sea while riding it (which 3 of us did got tossed!!!) but it was the funnest one i had..seriously..we had to hold the sled so firmly till it hurts my hand but the feeling was a blast..a real blast..i was afraid at first that i might get tossed into the sea if i can no longer hold the sled, i tried yelling to the guy who speed the boat up but he cant hear me and after the third time thinking the speed will going to make me tossed into the sea then it really did happened..! first i thought it will be just me, but all 3 of us got tossed at the same time (and i wonder if those boys just intentionally got themselves tossed to have the fun..haha??)

we were first shocked but the boys immediately swam towards the sled and got on it..and then helped me to get on it once again..(yes, i know they are pulling me like a whale there..and yes, i will get on a diet to avoid this from happening again in the future..it was so embarrassing..!!!) we laughed so hard after that and the boatman kept on speeding before sending us back to the shore..when i reach the shore on my feet all eyes were staring at me..haha..i had a blast that day..i really did, with my love ones..but not my lover though..huhu..

unfortunately, i have no pictures taken while riding those water sleds and banana boat..but who cares..i know what happened..and i had the fun! and to write this only after the previous post was because today is friday, and i had more free time at work..huhu..but i did my job ok..they`re done..

so, as usual today i did exactly as what i did for several years already to ask for the t.a.c numbers but mysteriously the t.a.c text message did not reach my phone inbox..unless i ask them for the second time..only then the t.a.c sent to me..but i need to remind myself that to ask the t.a.c number for the second time (to pay the same bill) you would have to wait for a few minutes..aigooooo..

i have doubt as usual about things like this, yes..who wouldn`t when they involved your hard earned money right??? huhu..so i tried calling the customer service number but cant reach them, its engaged like all the time..seriously i am not lying..huhu..yes..i just called the 1300XXXX number though..

but then i do not have much as others in my account..so..i decided not to think about this too much..hehe. so, i gave up trying to call the 1300XXXX number in the end. By the way, i put the 1300XXXX number was not because the numbers are secret, but i am just so lazy to open up my purse and make sure of the right numbers..(dont get this if you dont, lol (**)..)

these days, apa yang kita tengok pun boleh jadi tak betul..apatah lagi benda yang kita tak tengok..nak re-post ke..re-tweet atau nak komen apa2 pasal apa2 je pun kena research betul2, terlalu banyak spekulasi, fitnah dan cerita rekaan yang tak betul sekarang.semalam semua beria-ria salahkan seseorang atau sesuatu pihak, esoknya tiba-tiba cerita semalam jadi palsu atau mainan(prank).entah apa tujuan dan faedah mereka yang buat semua tu dapat..??apa pun, sebagai pengguna internet (facebook etc) yang berakal, gunalah akal yang waras bila nak buat apa2 kenyataan..

semalam, masa tengok handphone dah 31 mac, tiba-tiba hari ni tengok calendar kat opis bulan mac punya ada 29 hari je..ish3..confuse sekejap..company "***" punya calendar..  orang buat calendar dia nak buat calendar, orang ada 31 hari, dia 29 je..ingatkan diri ni yang tak betul, check punye check, siap pakai "the knuckles and valley" punya formula..sah, 2 hari calendar tu skip..hampeh punya calendar, cop, hampeh punya orang yang buat calendar..(- -) grrrrrrr...

A Secret Plan?

selepas hampir 8 bulan berkerjaya tetap..tiba-tiba terasa macam diri ni takde ape2..takde yg menarik pada diri ni, atau yg buatkan diri ni tertarik..rasa mcm kosong..pernahlah sembang dgn mama pasal ni, tapi katanye this is normal to someone yg baru mula bekerja..but seriously, studying is a lot more fun guys..

kadang-kadang teringat cmne kat sekolah dulu..walaupun tak sepandai or serajin mana..but at least orang kenal la kat sekolah tu..kalau tak sebagai budak nakal..maybe sebagai sorang member bahas..sebab pernah or biasa bagi speech kt assembly..at least something la..

bila masuk uni, at least happy dgn involvement in activity kecil2 kt aikol (kuliah) tu..not bad, pernah pergi panjat bukit, lawatan naik kapal navy..huhu..pergi forenscic dept kt hosp and pdrm..still, menarik kan walaupun activity kecil2 n simple..

but now, pergi kerja, balik kerja..tidur..esok pun repeat benda yang sama..no surprise, no fun, no excitement, but just normal working life..huhu..and then i came up with a decision..a real one..huhu.

and my beloved people around me (family) agreed to support this idea..yeaaayyy..i will do something more than just working, maybe after kerja kat sini exactly 1 year..so, hopefully this idea or dream will become a reality..pray for me..

but for now, let it just be my secret plan..haha.anyeonghaseyo!

First i knew IU was when a friend told me about her..she is so cute that she was claimed to be the most favored singer among the uncles and aunties in Korea..she is indeed soooo cuteee, super cute...!Her flawless singing kept me captivated when she showed up in Running Man and singing so passionately on a table at a garden in front of the Running Man members rooms.. I am such a clumsy lady..

I just got back from a two-days outstation in Ipoh,  its so tiring because yesterday i have to rush back here in Anson Bay due to some matter in the office..huhu..but the most annoying thing that happen yesterday was that on my first appearance before a High Court judge in Ipoh after my 4 months of practice in the legal field, the other party`s client did not turn up and make my effort go waste preparing for the case..huh! That was totally not ok with me, but things happen and I just can patiently talked to that lawyer to please make sure that his client will come on the next date given by the judge..em..cool me right??

I like my job, but due to some situation that would bring my clumsiness attitude appear I sometimes doubt my ability.Especially when I go for out-stations..And I sometimes wonder if there is anyone else in this world is as clumsy as me who also forgot about the things that they have just seen or said a minute ago?And is so poor in the sense of direction like me till I still have to use the GPS when I moved here in Anson Bay on my second week just to get home from work..??? How bad someone could be like that? Like me?

I really admire some friends of mine who can just know the ways even they have never been to that certain places before..and they just can drive back and forth without having any difficulties finding the right ways to go..while me, even with the GPS, I still got lost..huhu..what to do?

But, this is who and what I  am..I am always trying to be better..but I also try to embrace the silly me..and I hope, those who know me, can just bear with this clumsy lady and treat her like she is an innocent person even when she try to guide you to the wrong streets in the middle of Ipoh..hihi..

3 Mistakes I Made When I First Tried to Lose Weight

When I gained more than 20 pounds after college, I had no idea how to lose the weight.

I knew I wasn’t taking the best care of myself (I was eating fattening foods and skipping my workouts), but I didn’t know how to start. 

Eventually, I figured out what worked for me, and the pounds steadily came off (and stayed off), but I wish I had known a few things before I embarked on my weight loss journey–it would have made the process that much easier! With that said, here are a few mistakes I made when I first tried to lose weight.

I didn’t watch my portion sizes
I’ve been a healthy eater for as long as I can remember. Sure, I like to enjoy a plate of nachos covered in cheese or a couple of margaritas from time-to-time, but, in general, I enjoy eating foods that are good for me. So, when I was trying to lose weight, I didn’t struggle with selecting healthy food options, but I quickly learned I was simply eating too much of them. For instance, I’d often eat a peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast. It was a quick and easy meal that would keep me satisfied for hours, but what I didn’t realize was just how calories were packed into it. When I started to measure my food and track my calories online, I was shocked to learn that two slices of whole wheat bread with a couple of servings of peanut butter and a banana added up to nearly 600 calories! After that, I kept a close eye on my portion sizes and soon the number on the scale started to move.

I only focused on calories
When I started tracking my calories online, I sometimes found myself focusing more on quantity (calories) than the quality (nutrients) of my food. For example, as an afternoon snack, I’d choose an artificially-flavored, packaged snack bar instead of a fresh, sliced apple with a couple of tablespoons of almond butter because it had fewer calories. Health-wise, I knew this didn’t make much sense, but because I was watching my calories, I picked foods with the lowest amount of calories and fat. Not surprisingly, these kinds of foods didn’t satisfy me for long, so I’d end up eatingmore in the long run. I hated feeling hungry all the time, so I started to make smarter choices. Instead of counting calories, I focused on adding more whole foods, especially nutrient-rich fruits and veggies, to my diet, which helped me cut calories while boosting nutrients at the same time.

I didn’t eat enough during the day
When I was losing weight,  I’d wake up every morning and vow to eat right and exercise that day. Most of the time, things went as planned: I’d wake up early for a heart-pumping workout and make healthy choices with my meals all day long. However, when I arrived home after a long day of work, I’d often blow my efforts by ordering greasy take-out or snacking late into the evening because I was so hungry. After a few weeks of falling into this same trap over and over again and not losing weight, I finally picked up on what was happening. If I didn’t eat substantial meals and snacks throughout the day–ones that included fiber-packed carbs, low-fat protein, and healthy fats–I’d inevitably overeat at day’s end. Once I realized what was going on, I made it a point to eat more during the day, which helped me reign in my eating habits at night.

After all those lines of wiser diet advice, i only see one thing, eat more during the day but not at night..haha..lets keep it up girls!

BUT IF IT`S NOT WORKING..DON`T WORRY..FOR EVERY NICE GIRL, THERE WILL BE A GOOD GUY..SAME GOES TO THE GOOD GUYS, THERE WILL BE A NICE GIRL FOR YOU..MAKE YOURSELF BEAUTIFUL AND CHARMING, INSIDE OUT..AND START A BEAUTIFUL DAY, EVERYDAY..BE HUMBLE AND TRUTHFUL..

AND BE BRAVE..STRONG..AND HAPPY..

Beauty Obsessions...

Salam everyone..huhu. lately there were too many issues of beauty and plastic surgeries, people died from liposuction or weight loss products,etc..as for me, frankly, i am not happy with my look and body figure, but who does right?? Ok, unless you are a Victoria Secret model and currently age below 22(why is it 22? because everyone will start to think about age after they reach 23, trust me..at least i did..huhu)                             

                         

the list are what is offered at a plastic surgery center in Korea..now i do believe, beauty can be bought..it is expensive, but it is do-able (for those who could pay for it)..we can ask for whatever look that we want on our faces, type of nose..eyes..lips..cheek bones..etc(any part of your body..)..any part that you want, just show the surgeon at the center your money..

Also in Korea, there is a reality show (I am subscribed to HyppTV, Channel M is there..) titled "Let Me In"; where the judges are the plastic surgeons who would choose to sponsor a plastic surgery for either one of the participants (only two participants in one show, but they have reached Season 2 i think..)..they will be assessed according to the seriousness of their condition (usually medical condition at birth or due to accidents), and is the surgery really needed and possible to be done by the surgeons..and for me, this reality show is so interesting and the chosen participants are so lucky..but that does not mean that i want to have  plastic surgery too..huhu..though i can never afford it, but deep in my mind, my definition of "beauty" isn`t just look..it is what you are deep inside..for me, beauty could be seen in your acts, words spoken and respect given to others..the look will be a bonus, but it cant complete without a beautiful attitude..yes, some people says, that inner beauty is for fat/ ugly people..but to me, even a beauty is not a beauty if she carries an ugly attitude/ personality..and here, i want you to know that...
